The double row deep groove ball shaft shaped raceway in Cixi has excellent sealing between the raceway and the steel ball. Double row deep groove ball bearings can not only withstand radial loads, but also axial loads acting in two directions.

Features: Double row deep groove ball bearings are suitable for use in bearing configurations where the load capacity of a single row deep groove ball bearing is insufficient. For double row deep groove ball bearings with the same outer and inner diameters as deep groove ball bearings, their width is larger and their load capacity is much higher than that of single row deep groove ball bearings in the 62 and 63 series.

The standard deep groove ball bearing has a normal radial internal clearance.

Precautions for use:

When starting at low temperatures or when the viscosity of the lubricating grease is high, a larger minimum load, known as the weight of the bearing, combined with external forces, may be required, usually exceeding the required minimum load. If the minimum load has not been reached yet, the bearing must be subjected to additional radial load.

If double row deep groove ball bearings need to withstand pure axial loads, the bearing capacity of axial loads should generally not exceed 0.5Co. Excessive axial load may significantly reduce the working life of bearings.
